General Questions

  • What is the recommended age, grade, or English proficiency level?

    Any person 13 years or older, 9th grade student, with a minimum high school level English reading comprehension. Many people participate in our program to enhance business, or career, opportunities and for personal development.

    These courses are appropriate for college students, parents, and teachers.

  • Will this program help prepare for college?

    Yes! We have numerous participants who have attained higher grades in high school and college. Our College Level Vocabulary Builder program has also been used to earn college credit for Prior Learning Experience (PLA) and to validate subject-level knowledge by taking challenge exams.

  • Is this program suitable for people with a busy schedule?

    Yes! The program is self-paced. As long your membership is active, you will have access to the courses and exams. As long as you have an Internet connection, you can access the courses from anywhere at anytime.

  • Are the courses accessible from a mobile device?

    Yes, our courses can be accessed from a mobile device. We recommend using a PC, laptop or tablet. The program is designed for maximum accessibility; so, we limit unnecessary downloads, graphics, animations, and audio.

  • What is the cost of the program?

    Our primary subscription membership plan is offered for $79 per month. Participants access one additional course per month. After four (4) months participants have a traditional full-time college course load. Membership can be cancelled at anytime.

  • Can I preview the program before I join?

    Yes, you can preview an entire module, including quiz. No payment information is required and there is no obligation to continue with the program. All you need is an account, which is very easy to delete:

  • How long is the program?

    Our program membership plan is a monthly subscription and offers fifteen (15) courses. Participants start with one course and access one additional course each month. You can continue the program until all courses are completed or cancel at your discretion. This is a month-to-month subscription membership to complete as many courses as you choose; at your own pace! Course and program access is unlimited as long as you maintain membership. Other registration options may be available.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We allow anyone to preview our program before subscribing. The preview follows the same format as all other modules and courses. If you are satisfied with the preview, and you register for the program, it is unlikely that you would ever request a refund. We have a cancel anytime, no refund policy!

Information About Courses

  • How is course content delivered?

    Our online courses are accessed through a learning management system (LMS). The LMS is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation and delivery of educational courses, training programs, or learning and development programs.

  • How are the courses formatted or structured?

    Generally, for ease of learning, all courses follow the same format and structure; each course consists of several sections mostly related to specific subject topics. The course sections (topics) are learning content holders of the course modules (lessons) and study material. Modules include learning objectives, readings, vocabulary review, assessment quizzes, and a final exam to earn your certificate.

  • What is the sequence of courses added monthly?

    Courses are released monthly in the following order of subjects: Sociology - Psychology - Political Science - Anthropology - Philosophy - Astronomy - Physics - Physiology - Chemistry - Biology - Geography - Archaeology - Geology - Economics - Environmental Science; more subjects may be available.

  • Is there a time commitment? How long are the courses?

    There is no time commitment. The program is completely self-paced.

  • When do I gain access to the courses?

    Once registered, you can login to access your ocurses at anytime. The sociology course will be available immediately upon registraion.

  • Is my course progress tracked?

    Yes, all particpant's progress is monitored and tracked; you will always know which modules are completed or where you are in the course lesson sequence.

  • Can I stop a course without finishing and restart where I stopped at a later date?

    Yes, the course tracking system allows you to see where you stopped during last access. You can resume from where you stopped.

Quizzes and Certificates

  • Do the courses include exams or assessment quizzes?

    Yes, every topic section has an associated quiz and there is a final exam that covers the entire course.

  • Can I stop and resume a quiz at a later time?

    Yes, you stop and resume quizzes and repeat as often as you choose.

  • Will I receive proof of completion or a certificate of some kind?

    Yes, all courses include a certificate of achievement at no additional cost!

  • Is there a passing grade requirement to recieve a certificate?

    Yes, most quizzes have a passing grade of 80% and the final exam passing grade is usually 80%.

  • How much time do I get to complete assignments and the final exam?

    The program is completely self-paced. There may be a time limit placed on quizzes and exams.

Technical and System Requirements

  • How does your program manage accessibility for users?

    Many participants in our target markets may experience slower internet speeds and cannot afford high-end multimedia computer systems. Most college students learn by reading text books. Our program focuses on reading and assessment exams. We limit software downloads, graphics, animations, video and audio.

  • What are the technical requirements for accessing the program?

    These are the minimum requirements for your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or smart device:

    • Javascript enabled: default setting in most modern web browsers

    • Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (recommended)

    • TLS 1.2 supported by your web browser (current versions of Chrome, Edge, IE, Firefox, and Safari-- already support TLS 1.2)

  • Which browsers can I use to access the program?

    For desktop or laptop: Current versions of Chrome, Edge, IE, Firefox, and Safari

    For mobile: iOS Safari: 11 and up, Chrome, Samsung Internet

    • TLS 1.2 supported by your web browser

    NOTE: We do not support Internet Explorer. You will see an error message if attempting to access our program on Internet Explorer. You will also recieve instructions on how to update your browser.

    Unsupported Browsers: Chromium, Linux web browsers

Fundraising and Partnership Opportunities

  • Members Only

    All Zenage Learning members are eligible to join our referral program. Promoting our program can help pay program subcription fees or you can raise money for any cause. We pay a generous 40% commission for each registered referral. Our referral program is performance-based; low referral numbers may result in exclusion from the program. Members can earn up to $500 or more in recurring payments per referral.

  • Exclusive Invitation

    We periodically invite select teachers, educational bloggers or service providers, student clubs and associations, or community organizations to join our referral program.

    The Zengage Learning referral program is not offered, or advertised, to the general public.
